Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 May 2025
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (“the client”) and VISAVENTURE (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (“Visa Venture,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) when you engage our services. By engaging Visa Venture for a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) or Long-Term Resident Visa (LTR) application, you agree to these terms.
We have written these terms in plain language. Where defined terms appear, they carry the meaning given in context.
About Visa Venture
Legal name: VISAVENTURE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
Registration number: 0104568050811
Country of incorporation: Thailand
Operational address: [INSERT: Bangkok virtual office address]
Website: https://visa-venture.co.th
Eligibility
To engage Visa Venture you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding service contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident. Where you are applying on behalf of a dependent who does not yet have legal capacity to contract — for example, a spouse, a child, or another family member included in your application — you confirm that you are doing so as the dependent’s legal representative and that you accept responsibility for the dependent’s information and obligations under these Terms.
Scope of our services
Visa Venture provides professional visa application preparation services for two visa categories only:
The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), including all four sub-categories: Workcation, Soft Power, Medical Treatment, and Dependent.
The Long-Term Resident Visa (LTR), including all four sub-categories: Highly Skilled Professional, Work-from-Thailand Professional, Wealthy Global Citizen, and Wealthy Pensioner.
Our services include document review and verification, application form completion, embassy submission coordination, Board of Investment submission coordination for LTR applications, communication on your behalf with the relevant authorities during the application process, and applicant support throughout. Specific deliverables for your engagement are set out in your engagement confirmation.
What is not included
For clarity, Visa Venture does not provide:
Legal representation or formal immigration law advice.
Advocacy before Thai courts or tribunals.
Services for any visa category outside DTV and LTR, including but not limited to Non-Immigrant O Retirement, Non-Immigrant O Marriage, Non-Immigrant B Work Visa, Thailand Privilege Visa, tourist visas, education visas, or visas for any country other than Thailand.
Property law, business setup, tax advisory, family law, or general immigration matters outside DTV and LTR.
If you require services outside our scope, we will tell you so during consultation and, where possible, refer you to an appropriate provider.
Your responsibilities
To enable us to prepare and submit your application accurately, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and authentic documents and information.
Confirm your eligibility for the visa category for which you are applying. Where you are uncertain about eligibility, you may request our assessment during consultation; the final decision to proceed is yours.
Respond to our requests for additional documents or information within reasonable timelines. Delays in your response may delay submission of your application or extend our delivery timelines.
Notify us promptly of any material change in your circumstances during the application process (for example, change of employment, address, or marital status).
Pay our service fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Fees and payment
Our service fees are published on our Rates page and confirmed in your engagement confirmation. Fees current at the time of writing are:
DTV application: 15,000 THB service fee.
LTR application: 28,000 THB service fee, flat across all four LTR sub-categories.
Dependent application: 5,000 THB per dependent.
All service fees are stated exclusive of 7% Thai VAT and exclusive of the Thai Government visa fee, which is paid directly to the Thai government — approximately 10,000 THB for DTV applications and approximately 50,000 THB per person for LTR applications. Government fees vary by embassy, by exchange rate, and by regulation, and are confirmed at submission.
Payment terms. Fees are payable in two instalments. The first instalment of 50% of the service fee is due upon engagement, before any work begins. The second instalment of 50% is due upon submission of your application to the relevant Royal Thai Embassy, Royal Thai Consulate, or the Board of Investment (BOI) portal. Thai government fees (the embassy or BOI processing fee) are separate from our service fee and are paid directly to the relevant authority by the client.
Payment methods. [INSERT: payment methods accepted — e.g. credit card via Stripe, Thai bank transfer.]
Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee on the service fee for applications that are rejected for reasons attributable to our preparation work. The full mechanics — including what qualifies for a refund, what does not qualify, and the 30-business-day refund processing window — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Visa approval is the sovereign decision of the Royal Thai Government, the relevant Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate, or the Board of Investment, as applicable to your visa category. Visa Venture’s role is to prepare, submit, and support your application; Visa Venture cannot and does not guarantee approval.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Venture’s total liability to you under any engagement, regardless of the legal theory of recovery, is limited to the service fee paid by you for that engagement. Thai Government visa fees are paid directly to the Thai government and are non-refundable irrespective of application outcome under Thai immigration policy.
Visa Venture is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost income, lost opportunity, costs of relocation, costs of alternative visa pathways, or emotional distress arising from application outcomes outside our control.
Confidentiality
We treat your personal data and your application materials as confidential. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Beyond that, we will not disclose your engagement with us, the content of our consultations, or any information you provide to us, except as required to deliver our services (for example, to the embassy or Board of Investment processing your application), as required by law, or with your prior consent.
Intellectual property
All content on visa-venture.co.th — including written content, brand assets, logo, photography, and original written materials prepared by Visa Venture — is the property of Visa Venture and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Materials you provide to us (your personal documents; your testimonial content if you choose to provide one) remain yours. Where we use client material for marketing purposes — for example, a published testimonial — we do so only with your separate written consent.
Prohibited uses of our site
You agree not to: scrape or harvest data from our site through automated means; reverse-engineer any forms, scripts, or systems on our site; use our content or brand to impersonate Visa Venture; or use our site in any way that violates applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing at any time before application submission. In the event of pre-submission termination, refunds are pro-rated to work performed up to the point of termination.
After submission, your application is in the custody of the relevant government authority and cannot be withdrawn by Visa Venture unilaterally. Our service fees become non-refundable on submission, subject to the Refund Policy if the application is later rejected.
Force majeure
Visa Venture is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: embassy closures or processing freezes, Board of Investment processing freezes, sudden regulatory changes (including but not limited to amendments to DTV or LTR eligibility, fees, or procedures), pandemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government action. Where such events affect your application, we will notify you promptly and work to mitigate the impact.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to the courts of Thailand located in Bangkok, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Notices
All formal notices under these Terms must be in writing. Notices to Visa Venture should be sent by email to hello@visa-venture.co.th and, where the matter is contentious or relates to dispute resolution, additionally by registered post or courier with proof of delivery to our address shown at the top of this page. Notices from Visa Venture to you will be sent to the email address you provided during engagement and, where relevant, by WhatsApp to the number you provided. Notices sent by email are deemed received on the next business day; notices sent by registered post or courier are deemed received on the date shown on the proof of delivery.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any engagement confirmation specific to your matter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visa Venture in respect of our services. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements between us, whether oral or written, on the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Where possible, an invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Visa Venture or by you to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy will prevent any further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right or remedy. Any waiver of any term of these Terms is only effective if given in writing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in applicable law, or in our operational practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. For active clients, material changes will be communicated by email and will not affect ongoing engagements without your written agreement.
